Business Appraisal

The IBBIS Business Appraisal Covers

1. An Initial Visit
This is an in depth audit of the entire business, covering not only visible standards, but also an audit of strategic planning, operational systems, supply chain and all elements of management.

2. Report
A detailed written appraisal and priority action report with completion dates.

3. Training
Important and urgent staff training or management training needs are identified and the first of this training is started immediately or a time set.

4. Information
Key information is gathered or systems set up to provide financial information for ongoing monthly Key Performance Indicator monitoring. This is vital in identifying areas for improvement and to measure effectiveness of actions implemented.

5. Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring.
Using key information from clients, we then process the data in our KPI monitor and return next day with a KPI summary

All the KPI’s are expressed as a percentage of sales for fast easy reading with the whole summary on one page.

6. Advice and support ongoing on any matter relating to garden retail on a weekly basis by phone or email.
