The IBBIS Customer Care Programme aims to build loyalty by showing your staff how to dazzle your customers. We use a series of hands on workshops to help your team set their own customer care goals.
We look where you are now, help you draw up plans for the future, ensure systems are in place to measure results, and look at high levels of motivation for your team.
This service works independently but also hand in hand with the IBBIS Mystery Shopping service to identify and implement customer care training.
